				Effects: Adding Images and Videos (3) You can control when the image or video appears and the scale, vertical to horizontal ratio, and transparency of the image or video by using controls on the Image Effect Controller. To move the image or video, drag its center point in the video area. To control when the image or video appears, use the time line in the Image Effect Controller. See Effects Controls: Time. You can also use this to control changes to the image or video’s size, ratio, and transparency over time. To change the image or video’s size, use the Scale slider. To make the image or video narrower. drag the Ratio slider to the left; make it wider by dragging the slider to the Right. To increase the image or video’s transparency, drag the Trans slider to the right. To reset all sliders to their default position (Scale to 100%, Ratio to 1:1, and Transparency to 0), click the tiny reset button.
